If you would like to delete your Flexy account and all associated data, please send an email to:

- Your email address: The email associated with your Flexy account
- Account confirmation: Any additional information that can help us verify your identity
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All workout history and progress data
- Chat conversations with the AI coach
- Exercise preferences and equipment information
- Any personal information you provided
Important Information
- Processing time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days
- Permanent action: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
- Legal retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records)
- Backups: Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
