Flexy is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides:

• Personalized Workout Plans: AI-generated workouts adapted to your equipment, fitness level, and goals
• Exercise Library: 880+ exercises with video demonstrations and form guidance
• Progress Tracking: Workout history, streaks, and performance analytics
• Conversational AI Coach: Chat-based interface for workout customization and fitness guidance
• Sport-Specific Training: Specialized programs for various sports and activities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without notice.

To use Flexy, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Reside in a country where our services are available

Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features of Flexy. When creating an account:

Account Responsibility

All content, features, and functionality of Flexy (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, software, AI models, and exercise content) are owned by Flexy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Flexy for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Create derivative works
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or trademark notices

If you share content through Flexy (feedback, progress photos, workout notes), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes of operating and improving the service.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to share the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy

Free and Paid Plans

Flexy offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing and features are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

Free Trials

Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You will be notified before any charges occur.

FLEXY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
• Results or outcomes from using the service
• AI-generated workout recommendations (which may not be suitable for all individuals)

No Medical Advice: Flexy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flexy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Injury or harm resulting from exercise or physical activity

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Pose a security risk

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Flexy ceases immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you via email or in-app notification
